CIA Model of Anxiety Reduction

A stating that you might have heard a whole lot in business, in sports, and human performance generally speaking is managing the controllable. What does that actually mean? I wanted to take this concept of manipulating the controllable, that is actually really good advice by the way, and take it out with the realm of as being a cliché and to the realm of something we are able to actually do.

Accept

Influence

Control
Now we come to the category of things we could control. We're here to share with you manipulating the controllable. Well, do you know what, folks? I've found that there are really just one thing one of several things that we can control. It's your decisions.
That's right, here your decisions about your health include the only thing that people actually have direct treatments for. When you realize this, it becomes sort of confronting and type of liberating all simultaneously. What do you do using this type of information, that the only thing that I have total control over will be the decisions that I make?
Stop attempting to control items that you have no treating. Amazing in my opinion the amount energy people waste attempting to control issues that they maybe have influence over, in many cases should just accept. I'll also say that in terms of items that you might have zero influence over, I wouldn't spend long talking or complaining about them. It's simply a drain on your own energy. Are you catching yourself trying to control things that you want to just accept? Notice that, and I would change your mind on that.
When you realize that the only thing you have complete control over can be your decisions, assume responsibilty for that decision-making process. I'm not saying to blame yourself when things come out poorly. I am saying it will require responsibility for the decision which you make. That's when you commence controlling the controllables and seeing the results that you really are interested in.
I don't play a whole lot of poker, but one thing that I often hear is always that winning at cards, specifically poker, has a touch about the cards that you simply are dealt, and it has a huge amount regarding the method that you make decisions and play them that you just're dealt. Same thing costs your lifetime. Life truly is 10 % what goes on to us and 90 percent how we react.
